Refund Policy

At Passmoz, customer satisfaction is our first priority and it is the key to success. Most PassMoz software offers a free trial version, so customers can test it before making a purchase. The trial version havs limitation in functions and mainly used to demonstrate whether it works for not. All this helps customers make a right decision and avoid buying the wrong product.

However, no product is perfect so you might come across unexpected issue with the products developed by PassMoz. Please don't worry. We will try our best to get them fixed as soon as possible. Just drop us a line at support@passmoz.com with details.

Cases Eligible for Refund

1. Purchased the wrong version. Most software have a Windows and Mac version. If you bought the wrong version from PassMoz, we will refund the initial order after completing the purchase of right version. Or simply asking for exchange.

2. Purchase of the same product twice. Once we confirmed the order and will refund one order according to customer's request.

3. Registration code is not sent to customer after 48 hours of purchase. Make sure check the spam folder in mailbox as the confirmation email goes to the spam folder for some mail service.

4. The software has vital technical problems and failed to function. No solution provided by PassMoz Support team to get the problem fixed within 15 days. If this was the case, the customer should send us screenshot or video to prove the program not working. Once we receive the proof and confirmed, the refund will be issued within 5 business days.

 

Cases Not Eligible for Refund

1. Failed to read the product description carefully. We have trial version for testing and will not refund the order in this case.

2. Credit card fraud or unauthorized payment. Please contact the card issuer or payment gateway and submit a compliant. Once it is approved, the refund will be issued automatically.

3. Purchased the wrong product. However, the customer can contact us for a product exchange instead of refund.

 

How to Request a Refund

Step 1. Read the refund policy and make sure the case is valid for requesting a fund.

Step 2. Submit us details, including order id, reasons and proof.

Step 3. The refund request will be in queue after submission. Please wait for 1-2 days for approval.

Step 4. Once the case is accepeted, the refund will be issued within 5 business days.
